School papers, prescriptions, routines, and family conversations are some of the most personal information a household has. Home Run is designed to treat them that way from day one.
Our privacy principles
Private household spaces
Your family's information lives in a private household space. It is visible only to the members you invite, and only in the rooms they belong to.
Role-based access
Grandparents, nannies, cooks, and other helpers can join specific rooms, so they see the tasks and information that apply to them and nothing else.
Never sold, never used for ads
Home Run does not sell personal information, and does not share family content with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Encrypted and safeguarded
Family data is encrypted and protected with administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse.
You stay in control
Update account details, adjust sharing, disconnect integrations, delete content, or request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data.
Limited use of connected data
Data from connected services such as Google Calendar is used only to provide the features you turn on, and is never used to train generalized AI models.
AI and your data
How Home Run uses AI responsibly
Home Run uses AI to interpret requests, summarize household context, retrieve relevant information, and suggest or create actions. To do that, it may send the minimum necessary context to trusted infrastructure providers, which are required to process it only for authorized purposes.
AI output can be imperfect. Important reminders, medical details, school deadlines, and purchases should be reviewed by a responsible adult. Home Run organizes care information; it does not replace a doctor or professional advice.

Privacy questions families ask
Does Home Run sell my family's data?
No. Home Run does not sell personal information, and does not share family content with advertisers for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Who can see the information I add?
Only members of your household space, based on the rooms, roles, and permissions you choose. A helper added to the Meals room, for example, does not see the Care room.
How does Home Run use AI with my data?
Home Run uses AI to understand requests, summarize household context, find information, and suggest or create actions. It sends only the minimum necessary context to trusted providers that are required to process it only for authorized purposes.
Is my Google Calendar data used to train AI?
No. Home Run does not use raw or derived data from Google Workspace or Google APIs, including aggregated or anonymized data, to train, develop, or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models, and adheres to Google's Limited Use requirements.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete certain content in the app, disconnect integrations, and request deletion of eligible account data by contacting [email protected], subject to legal and operational limits.
Should children use Home Run on their own?
Home Run should be managed by a parent, guardian, or responsible adult where children are involved. Children should not submit sensitive information without supervision and consent.
